12. Legal system

In order to implement the proposed policy, it is necessary to strengthen the legal system by creating laws, rules and guidelines within 1 year of being under the policy. For this, the following actions will be taken according to the need.

• Land related laws that are scattered regionally will be integrated and implemented with timely reforms and amendments.
• The current legal system related to land use will be timely Reforms and amendments will be implemented.
• A national land use guideline that can direct all activities related to land will be formulated and implemented.
